Overview
The Sellercloud Home page serves as a comprehensive Dashboard that can be tailored to your preferences. Your customization choices are saved per user, ensuring that any adjustments made do not impact other accounts. Furthermore, your customized view will seamlessly transfer to any new device you log into.
Dashboard Widgets
There are 9 available widgets to choose from, each containing hyperlinks for quick access to related pages across the UI. To manage the Delta Dashboard, click on the main Gear icon, located at the top right corner of the Home page.
New Orders
The New Orders widget displays a grid, showcasing information related to newly created orders in Sellercloud. You can switch between two modes:
- Show Grand Totals – when in this mode, the graph provides information about the combined ground total of placed orders for each time entry.
- Show number of orders – the graph shows the total number of orders created for each time entry.
You also have the option to switch the time range the widget pulls from to display results. Sellercloud uses the Order Date for this search, which is the time the order was placed on the marketplace. Hover over the dots to view information about a specific time entry. The available options are:
- Today
- Last 24 Hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 31 days
- Last 4 months
You can also click on the Orders Icon on the grid to quickly access the Manage Orders page. The filters you selected on the widget will load automatically.
Shipped Orders
The Shipped Orders widget displays a grid, showcasing information related to Fully Shipped and Completed orders in Sellercloud. You can switch between two modes:
- Show Grand Totals – in this mode, the graph provides information about the combined ground total of orders shipped within each time entry.
- Show number of orders – the graph shows the total number of orders shipped within each time entry.
You also have the option to switch the time range the widget pulls from to display results. Sellercloud uses the Shipped Date Range filter for this search, which is the time the order was marked as Shipped in Sellercloud. Hover over the dots to view information about a specific time entry. The available options are:
- Today
- Last 24 Hours
- Last 7 days
- Last 31 days
- Last 4 months
You can also click on the Shipped Orders Icon on the grid to quickly access the Manage Orders page. The filters you selected on the widget will load automatically.
Purchase Orders
This widget displays a list of the 5 most recent Purchase Orders in your account. It contains:

- Purchase Order ID – a hyperlink that will take you to the PO’s Details page.
- Vendor – the name of the Vendor the PO was ordered from.
- Total – the PO’s grand total.
- Refresh button – click to reload the widget.
- Show all… – redirects to the Manage Purchase Orders page.
FBA Inbound Shipments
This widget shows the 5 most recent FBA Inbound Shipments in your account. Some of the rows may appear multiple times, in case there is more than one FBA Shipment ID associated with the respective Internal ID. The widget contains:

- ID – the internal Sellercloud Shipment ID. Click to open a new tab of the Shiment Details page.
- Description – this is the Sellercloud Shipment Description from the General panel of the Shiment Details page. It usually matches the Shipment Name.
- Company Name – Sellercloud Company associated with the Shipment. This is also a hyperlink to the Company General Settings page.
- Units – Total product units that would be sent with this shipment. If there are multiple FBA Shipment IDs, each row will display to total units within one Amazon shipment.
- Refresh button – click to reload the widget.
- Show all… – redirects to the Manage FBA Shipments page.
My Queued Jobs
This widget displays a list of the 6 latest Queued Jobs initiated by you. It contains:
- Queued Job ID – a hyperlink that will take you to the job’s Details page.
- Queued Job Type – displays the job’s type.
- Job Status – indicates whether the job is submitted, in process, completed, cancelled, etc.
- Refresh button – click to reload the widget. This will refresh the jobs list and their statuses.
- Show all… – redirects to the Manage Queued Jobs page.
Saved Views
This widget displays up to 10 Saved Views linked to your username. Click on the gear icon on the right to select which categories should be included. You can pick up to 3:
- Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Catalog
- RMA
- Inventory
- FBA Shipments
- WFS Shipments
- Inventory Arrivals
- Queued Jobs
- WH Inventory Transfers
- SKU to SKU Transfer
Click on the Pin icon next to one of the selected categories to select it as the default view.
You can toggle between the chosen entities, which are displayed as tabs at the top of the widget. The number next to each name shows how many total views you have for it.
You can click on the:
- Saved View Name – to see the Manage page for this category, with your saved view automatically loaded.
- Results button – to see the total number of results that currently match the conditions of the respective Saved View.
- Refresh button – to reload the widget.
Restocking
This widget is linked to the FBA Predictive Restock report and only shows SKUs that need restocking based on the search. You can see the conditions if you click on the View All Items button:
- Needs Restocking: Yes
- Only Show Rows with Avail Qty: Yes
- Days of Order: 90 – these are the days of past sales on which you are basing the prediction.
- Days to Order: 40 – these are the days by which you are multiplying the daily sales velocity to generate an Add to FBA Qty.
The results grid of this widget displays up to 10 SKUs that comply with the above-mentioned search. Next to each one, you can see the calculated quantity to restock. Each Product ID is a hyperlink that takes you to the Product Details (Catalog) page. In the top left corner you can see the total number of products that need restocking.
Inventory Arrivals
This widget displays the 5 most recent records of Inventory Arrivals. The grid contains:
- Purchase Order ID – the PO related to the inventory that was received in your warehouse. Click to see the PO Details page.
- SKU – the received product. Click to see the Product Details (Inventory) page.
- Product Name
- Vendor – name of the Vendor the PO was requested from. Click to see the Vendor Details page.
- Date – the date on which the related receiving was recorded.
- Qty Received – the number of units received in the session.
You can click on the Refresh button to reload the widget or on the See all… hyperlink to go to the Inventory Arrivals page.
Recent RMA
This widget displays the 5 most recent RMAs (Returns). It contains:
- RMA ID – hyperlink to the RMA Details page.
- SKU – the product associated with the RMA.
- Channel – the source (channel) on the Order associated with the RMA.
- RMA Status – general RMA Status: Open, Closed, Processing, On Hold.
- Receiving Status – indicates whether the products have been marked as received.
You can click on the Refresh button to reload the widget or on the See all… hyperlink to go to the Manage RMAs page.
