Overview
While using Shipbridge, you can mark orders as shipped without generating a tracking number and sending a label request to an integrated carrier by selecting the Generic Shipping Service. These are some of the use cases:
- When shipping with a carrier that is not integrated with Shipbridge (e.g. Pitney Bowes), you can use this feature to process the orders internally and mark them as shipped.
- When some channels, like Direct Fulfillment, require you to print specific shipping labels, Sellercloud can automatically save them in the Order Documents, or you can upload the files manually. With this feature, you can use Shipbridge to print them out.
