Overview

When integrated with Magento, you can cancel an order or issue a Refund directly from the Sellercloud interface. The new status of an order will be automatically submitted to the Magento website by the

In addition, Sellercloud assists you when customizing shipping methods and tracking current orders status.


Automate Order Download and Tracking Upload

Follow the steps below to adjust automated orders download in Sellercloud.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies.
  2. Select the requested company.
  3. Click Toolbox, navigate to Magento, and select General Settings.
  4. In the upper right, click Edit.
  5. Select the Enable Order Download and Enable Order Fulfillment Upload settings.

    Orders download approximately every 30 minutes. The tracking and ship date will automatically be sent to update the order status on Magento.
  6. Save the changes.Magento Company General Settings
    Once Magento orders are automatically downloaded to Sellercloud,
    • bundled items (Magento Kits) will download with only the kit components on the order.
    • a gift message added to the Magento order will also download.
    • Magento Coupon codes/Promo codes will download with an order. The code will be visible within the order notes. The code will be also sent to the database to be used when customizing exports.

Shipping Method Mapping

Sellercloud shipping method mapping tool allows you to manage custom shipping methods per each channel you are integrated with. Once adjusted, the shipping method selected by the customer will be imported along with Magento orders.

To enable this feature for the Magento channel, activate the respective Enable Shipping method mapping for Magento Client Setting.

To adjust a new shipping method for Magento orders, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies.
  2. Select the requested company.
  3. Click Toolbox, navigate to Magento, and select Shipping Method Mapping.Magento Shipping Method
  4. In the upper right, click Edit.
  5. On the Magento panel, click the plus icon to add a new shipping method.
  6. In the Magento Method Name field, enter the appropriate name, and select the respective shipping method from the drop-down menu.
  7. Mark the method as a rush service, if needed.
  8. Click Save.

Refund/Cancel Magento Orders

To issue a Refund and cancel a Magento Order, follow the steps below.

You are not allowed to revert cancellation of an order on Magento.
  1. Go to Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Open the requested Order. Here you can filter the Orders by channel.
  3. In the upper right, click Actions, and select Cancel or Refund Order.
    The option will appear as soon as a Payment Amount is applied to the Order or Client setting  .

  4. Specify Refund details. In the Shipping Refund field, enter the shipping amount to be refunded. It defaults to the Shipping Total amount, but you can edit that value.
  5. If you do not want to cancel the Order on Magento, select the Do Not Send To Magento checkbox.
  6. Select the product(s) returned, and enter the number of returned items.Refund Magento Order
  7. At the top, click the green flag icon.
  8. The Refund information will be submitted to Magento, and the Order Payment status will be updated accordingly, and the Order will get the Cancelled Status.
Payments made offline cannot be refunded. Some Magento instances do not support Refunds at all.

To access the settings, go to Settings > Client Settings > General Client Settings.
