Overview
The Shipbridge application lets you customize elements of the interface, giving you control over what information is displayed. This article provides comprehensive guidance on personalizing the application to reflect your preferences.
Customize Shipbridge
You can customize several elements of the Shipbridge interface, including order information within the grid, filter options, and design elements. Navigate to Menu and select Customize Interface or use the shortcut Ctrl+I to open the dialog window.
Order Tabs
In Shipbridge, orders are categorized by status: Unshipped, Shipped, and Requires attention. These are also the names of the Main Grid Tabs where your orders are loaded and displayed. The first two tabs are always enabled, while the third requires at least one of the settings described here to be checked. You can personalize each of those tabs from the Customize Interface window.
All columns are enabled by default. However, you can hide certain ones if you don’t need them. In the Customize Interface panel, go to the Orders Tab, uncheck the column you want to hide, and then click OK.
The order in which you see the list of checkboxes corresponds to the order in which the columns appear in the main grid. To re-arrange them, click on the column name and press Move Up or Move Down.
While you have a column selected, you can also adjust its width. Alternatively, you can also achieve this outside of the Customize Interface window by dragging the corner of a column within the grid itself.
Click on the Reset button to re-check all available columns at once. This only applies to the tab you are currently viewing.
