Post Auctions

When you list an item for sale in an eBay auction, you choose a starting price and any interested buyers may place bids for that item. When the auction ends, the item is sold to the highest bidder. Posting Auction Listings on eBay can be done in a few simple steps. To do that:

Individually

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select a product.
  2. On the Product Details page, go to Toolbox > eBay Listing Manager.
  3. Click Add New Listing or select an existing Title.
  4. On the next page, select Auction > Set the Duration.
  5. Optional: Check Schedule Posting > Set a date and time > Save Item. This is enabled if you want to schedule the auction for a future date and time. The date and time is the date and time zone of your database/server’s location. Shared servers are generally located in U.S. Eastern Standard time zones.
  6. If you’re ready to post, click Post to eBay.

    • Selling Format – Campaigns work in all three selling formats.

    • Listing Duration – The duration of listing from the time product is posted.
    • Start Date and Time – The date and time of when posting begins.
    • Enable Blackout Time – The time of day you do not want to sell your item. Sellercloud will not post any auctions during this time.
    • Recurring – Selecting this option will enable Sellercloud to continually post your product at the set frequency until the set end date.
