FBA Inbound Shipment Wizard > Tab 7: Labels & Shipping

Overview

The final step of the FBA Wizard is Step 7: Labels & Shipping. On this tab, you can preview all the shipment details configured so far, such as products, boxes, pallets, and selected carriers. You can also print the box and pallet labels necessary to complete the process.

Labels & Shipping

To complete your FBA Inbound Shipment:

  1. Review the information provided on this page. Selecting a shipment from the Amazon Shipments panel will refresh the page and display the relevant details.

  2. For Small Parcel shipments, click the printer icon in the Amazon Shipment Details panel. This will download a PDF file with all necessary labels for the Shipment.

  3. For LTL/FTL shipments:

    1. Click the icon to Print Box Labels.

    2. Click the icon to Print Pallet Labels.

    3. PRO Number - fill in the freight tracking number for your shipment.

  4. When ready, click the Flag Button to complete the FBA Inbound Shipment. This will change its status to Shipped.

Amazon allows editing quantities within an FBA Inbound Shipment after you have confirmed carrier information, but before the status becomes Receiving. You can adjust the quantity of a product by 6 units or 5% of the overall quantity (whichever is higher). However, you can only do this directly in Seller Central. To bring the change into Sellercloud, perform the Query Status action on the FBA Inbound Shipment Details page.
