Overview
Integrating Houzz with your Sellercloud account allows you to seamlessly manage your listings, monitor the status of your orders, configure various product properties, and track financial performance. By automating key processes and customizing your workflow, you can not only save valuable time but also enhance overall efficiency. General Settings Configuration
To open the Houzz General Settings, navigate to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select your Company > Toolbox > Houzz General.

Houzz Enabled |
Indicates if a company is live on Houzz. When enabled, Sellercloud will start sending and receiving automatic updates to and from Houzz. |

Order Commission Fee |
Enter a default Order Commision Fee in %. |
A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to Houzz to prevent overselling of items in high demand. |

Default Qty |
This only applies to Replenishable Products. For these products, the Default quantity is the number that will always be sent to Houzz in inventory updates regardless of the actual available inventory. |
Max Qty |
Limits the inventory available for channels to never show the full quantity on the channel – even if there is more available. Before it can be set on a specific product, it first must be enabled on the company level. For example, when enabled on a company level with InventoryMaxQuantity set to 10, all products will default to 10. |
Standard Shipping Price |
This will be the default price for shipping. |
Minimum Lead Time |
The minimum time that it takes for an order to be shipped out. |
Maximum Lead Time |
The maximum time that it takes for an order to be shipped out. |
Default Order Email |
Enter Email Address as reference for Orders |
Controls Panel

Enable Order Download |
Select to allow Orders to be automatically downloaded to your Sellercloud Account. |
Enable Tracking Export |
Select to allow Sellercloud to automatically upload fulfillment information for Houzz orders. |
Enable Inventory Upload |
Select to allow automatic inventory updates from Sellercloud to Houzz. Select when you are ready to have Sellercloud control your inventory on Houzz. Note that products that are not Houzz-enabled will be updated with a quantity of zero. |
Include Price and Inventory Upload |
Allow Sellercloud to send automatic price and inventory updates for your Houzz-enabled products. |
Enable Settlement Download |
Select to allow automatic Settlement download from Houzz. Learn more about Houzz Settlements here. |
Send Inventory for All Products |
Enable this to send inventory to Houzz for all Houzz-enabled products under your company. Keep in mind that having this setting enabled may slow down the order download. |
Requires Third Party Shipping |
Enforces the use of a 3rd party account for Houzz orders. |
Import Orders As |
Select from Paid, Authorized, and UnPaid. This will be the default Payment Status of your Houzz Orders when imported. If you set this to UnPaid or Authorized, Sellercloud will not update the order automatically once payment is captured on Houzz. |
