Tanga Listings Management

Overview

The Tanga Account Integration allows you to manage your Tanga listings directly from Sellercloud. You can create and manage multiple listings simultaneously, upload their inventory quantities, pricing, and other details.

Prepare Products

Use the product properties listed in the table below to prepare products for posting on Tanga:

Property	Bulk Update	Description
Tanga Enabled	TangaEnabled	Enables Sellercloud to send inventory updates to Tanga automatically, as long as the Enable Inventory Upload setting is enabled on the company’s Tanga settings.
Merchant SKU	TangaMerchantSKU	The product’s unique identifier on Tanga. Sellercloud matches the products on Tanga by their Merchant SKU - it’s essential to ensure they are an exact match.
Title	TangaTitle	The product listing’s title on Tanga.
Sub Title	TangaSubTitle	The product listing’s sub-title on Tanga.
Condition	TangaCondition	The product’s condition on Tanga.
Category	TangaCategoryID	The category determines where customers can find the product while browsing Tanga. Tanga categories may not be available by default. Open a ticket with Sellercloud Support to request the latest category list.
Attributes	N/A	Specific details about the product’s features, specifications, and characteristics, such as size, color, material, and more. You can’t configure attributes in bulk.
Price	TangaPrice or TangaPriceUseDefault	The product’s price on Tanga. If you check the Default box or set TangaPriceUseDefault to True with a bulk product update, the default Site/Retail Price set on the Product Details Page will apply.
Shipping Price	TangaShippingPrice or TangaShippingPriceUseDefault	The product’s shipping price on Tanga. If you check the Default box or set TangaShippingPriceUseDefault to True with a bulk product update, the default Shipping Price from your company’s Tanga General Settings will apply.
Safety Qty	TangaSafetyQty or TangaSafetyQtyUseDefault	The product’s Safety Quantity to be subtracted from the Available Qty and prevent overselling. This amount won’t be included in the inventory feed. If you check the Default box or set TangaSafetyQtyUseDefault to True with a bulk product update, the Default Safety Qty from your company’s Tanga General Settings will apply.
Enable Default Qty	TangaDefaultQtyEnabled	Enable the Default Quantity for the product.
Enable Max Qty	TangaMaxQtyEnabled	Enable the Maximum Inventory Quantity for the product.
Max Qty	TangaMaxQty or TangaMaxQtyUseDefault	The default product quantity that will always be available on the channel. If you check the Default box or set TangaDefaultQtyUseDefault to True with a bulk product update, this quantity will come from the Default Fixed Qty on your company’s Tanga settings.
Replenishable	Replenishable	Enable for Replenishable Products that are consistently restocked or tend to restock quickly. It keeps your listings active and prevents you from missing out on potential sales, especially for hot-selling products.
Description	DescriptionForChannel_Tanga	The product listing’s description.
Video URL	TangaVideoURL	A video to display on the product listing.
Tags	TangaTags	Tags related to the product that improve its searchability.
Target Population	TangaGender	The target gender - Male, Female, or Unisex.
Restrict/Unrestrict For Channel (Action)	ProductChannelRestricted_Tanga	Stop sending automatic inventory updates by Restricting the Product.

Individually

To prepare a single product for Tanga:

Go to the Product Details Page.
Click Toolbox and select Channels > Tanga.
Click Edit.
Configure the settings described in the table at the beginning of this section.
Click Save.

In Bulk

You can also prepare multiple products for Tanga at once with a Bulk Product Update by using the column headers from the table at the beginning of this section in your template.

Post Products on Tanga

You can post products to Tanga individually or in bulk. Sellercloud supports posting Variation Products to Tanga. To do so, first set up the variation in Sellercloud and then post the Variation Parent. Note that Tanga only accepts up to four dimensions per variation product.

Individually

To post a single product to Tanga:

Go to the Product Details Page.
Click Toolbox and select Channels > Tanga.
Click Actions, and select Post Product on Tanga.

In Bulk

To post multiple products to Tanga:

Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
Select the products you want to update.
Click the Actions icon in the bottom-right corner and select Launch on Channel.
Select Tanga and click Launch.
The task will be linked to a Queued Job.

Update Tanga Listings

Sellercloud can automatically update inventory on a regular basis to help keep your Tanga listings up-to-date You can also manually update pricing and other product information.

Automatically

To initiate regular automatic Tanga listing updates:

Go to Company Settings.
Click Toolbox and select Tanga > General Settings.
Click Edit.
In the Controls panel, check Enable Inventory Upload.
Click Save.

To stop sending automatic inventory updates, you can Restrict Products on Tanga.

Manually

To update Tanga listings individually:

Go to the Product Details Page.
Click Toolbox and select Channels > Tanga.
Click Actions, and select:
1. Update Inventory on Tanga - Update the product’s inventory on Tanga according to the Avail. Qty in the Inventory panel.
2. Post Product on Tanga - Fully update all product details on Tanga according to the product properties configured on the same page in Sellercloud.

To bulk-update listings on Tanga:

Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
Select the products you want to update.
Click the Actions icon in the bottom-right corner, and select:
1. Update Inventory on Channel - Update the selected products’ inventory on Tanga.
2. Launch on Channel - Fully update the information on Tanga for the selected products according to their configuration on the Tanga product properties page.
