Overview
Groupon Marketplace is an eCommerce platform that connects consumers with local businesses and national brands through discounted deals on products and services. Integrating your Groupon Marketplace account with Sellercloud allows you to update inventory and prices, import orders, and export tracking and invoice information via API.
Groupon previously operated Groupon Goods and Groupon Marketplace as separate platforms, but they have since merged into a single one. To support this transition, two sets of settings remain available—one for the Groupon Goods setup and another for the Groupon Marketplace configuration outlined below. We strongly recommend using the Groupon Account Integration, as it aligns with the latest platform structure, ensuring better compatibility and smoother operations.
Groupon is deprecating EDI support for inventory upload effective March 31, 2025. To migrate this functionality to API, follow the instructions outlined below.
Prerequisites
Before you can integrate your Groupon marketplace account, complete the following requirements:

Obtain your API credentials:
For your Client ID, go to https://scm.commerceinterface.com/client_id/
For your API Token, click https://scm.commerceinterface.com/accounts/login/?next=/access_tokens/
Integrate with Groupon Marketplace
To connect your Groupon Marketplace account with Sellercloud:
Go to Company Settings.
From the Toolbox, click Groupon Marketplace > General Settings.
Click Edit.
Check the Groupon Marketplace Enabled and Enable API Integraion boxes.
Fill in your API credentials.
Configure the remaining options as needed. Refer to the section below for details about each field and setting.
Click Save.
Click Actions > Test API Credentials.
Groupon Marketplace Settings
You can configure the following settings on the Groupon Marketplace General Settings page:

Order Handling fee is per item |
When enabled, the handling fee will be applied per item instead of on the order level. |
Login Email |
Enter login email. |

Enter login password. |
Safety Qty |
The number of units that are excluded from inventory updates to prevent overselling. |
Default Qty |
Use this option for replenishable products to set a default number of items that will always be available on the channel. |
Max Qty |
Enter the maximum quantity to be sent to Groupon Marketplace, regardless of actual availability. |
Enable Inventory Upload |
Enable this setting to automatically send regular inventory updates to Groupon Marketplace. |
Enable Invoice Upload |
Enable this setting to automatically send invoices to Groupon Marketplace. |
Enable Order Download |
Enable this setting to automatically download new orders from Groupon Marketplace. |
Enable Order Functional Acknowledgement |
