Safety Qty

A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling of items in high demand. This will be the Safety Quantity used for your products where Use Default is checked on their Amazon Properties page. For example, if there are 5 units available and the Safety Quantity is 1, only 4 will be sent to Amazon.

Safety Qty (Replenishable)

If you want to sell a specific item regardless of the available quantity, mark it as Replenishable. When set to Replenishable, the normal Safety Qty is ignored.

Default Qty

Allows you to set a default quantity for the Amazon listings when they are set to Replenishable. Sellercloud will send the Default quantity regardless of the actual inventory levels of Replenishable products.

Enable Inventory Max. Qty

Enables a maximum quantity to be displayed regardless of the total available quantity.

If you have 1000 units available and set a max QTY of 10, only 10 will be sent to Amazon. If the available units drop below the set max QTY of 10, all available units will be sent.

Default Fulfillment Latency

Also called Lead time to ship. Allows you to set the default number of business days between the moment an order is placed on Amazon and when it is shipped. Set a number between 0 and 30

Ignore AFN Listing Exists Column In FBA Inventory Report

Refer to FBA Inventory for more information on the AFN column. If this setting is Disabled, and if an afn-listing-exists is False for a particular SKU, we will not import FBA inventory for that SKU. If the setting is Enabled, we will import the inventory regardless of the afn-listing-exists value.

Auto Create FBA Removal Transfers

Refer to FBA Removals for more information on the FBA removal transfers.

Enable Settlement Report Download

Refer to Settlements for more information on the Settlement Report Download.

Enable All Orders Report (Pending Orders)

Refer to Pending Order Reserves for more information on the Settlement Report Download.

Enable Amazon Transparency

Enable Amazon Remote Fulfillment

Enables Amazon Remote Fulfillment for this company. Learn more about that here.

This setting should be enabled by FBA sellers who are enrolled in Remote Fulfillment.

Amazon's Remote Fulfillment program allows Canada and Mexico orders to be fulfilled with inventory available in the US.

Amazon does not allow the same SKU to have FBA and FBM offers available for Remote Fulfillment. When this setting is enabled, Sellercloud will include a Switch-to-FBM column in the Inventory feeds. This is needed in case any of your FBM products are listed as FBA on Amazon. All FBA products on Sellercloud will not be included in the inventory feed and will remain as FBA.

Allow Order Download

Enables order download. Enable it when you are ready to manage and fulfill your Amazon orders through Sellercloud.

Enable Auto Create Products From Amazon

If enabled, Sellercloud will automatically create products that don't exist in Sellercloud based on the information from the Active Listing Report.

Enable Auto Update Products From Amazon

If enabled, Sellercloud will automatically update products with information based on the Active Listing Report.

Do Not Enable For Amazon

By default, Sellercloud will Enable for Amazon all products included in the Active listings report. Enable this setting if you prefer to keep them disabled.

Update SitePrice Based On Amazon Price

Automatically updates the products’ Site/Retail Price in Sellercloud based on the price listed on Amazon.

Amazon price updates will be processed in Sellercloud once a week. If a more frequent update is required, reach out to Sellercloud Support to explore the use of a Set Site Price plugin.
