Store Type

Choose a core-integrated or plug-in website from the drop-down. In this case – Custom, and then set the Store Plugin to BigCommerce V3.

Safety Qty

A buffer between the amount of inventory you have and the amount Sellercloud is sending to the channel to prevent overselling of items in high demand. This will be the Safety Quantity used for your products where Use Default is checked on their Website properties.

Default Qty

This only applies to Replenishable Products. For these products, the Default quantity is the amount that will always be sent to the channel in inventory updates, regardless of the actual available inventory. This will be the Default quantity used for your products where Use Default is checked on their Website properties.

Website Product View URL (Optional)

The link to your website products page.

Website Order View URL (Optional)

The link to your website orders page.

URL Value Type

Select the product identifier for the preview links.

Default Inventory Max Qty

Limits the inventory available for BigCommerce.

Allow Inventory Upload

Enable Sellercloud to send automatic inventory updates for BigCommerce-enabled products regularly. Only enable this setting once you are ready to have Sellercloud control your inventory on BigCommerce. Note that products that are not BigCommerce-Enabled will be updated with a quantity of zero.

Allow Price Upload

Enable Sellercloud to send automatic price updates for BigCommerce-enabled products regularly.

Allow New Product Upload

Enable to allow new products to be Posted on BigCommerce from Sellercloud.

Allow Order Download

Enable to start automatically downloading orders from BigCommerce to your Sellercloud account.

Allow Download Shipped Orders

Allows orders marked as shipped to be automatically downloaded from BigCommerce to your Sellercloud account.

Allow Tracking Upload

Enable Sellercloud to upload fulfillment information for orders placed on BigCommerce automatically.

Allow Unpaid Orders

Enable Sellercloud to download Unpaid Orders from BigCommerce to your Sellercloud account automatically.

Allow Active Listings Download

Allows product listing reports for active products to be automatically downloaded from BigCommerce to your Sellercloud account.

Store Is Enterprise

Enable this setting if your store is Enterprise.

Enable Order Download Limit

Enable this setting to prevent orders created prior to a specified date from being downloaded into Sellercloud. You must also select an Order Download Limit Date.

Order Download Limit Date

Set the date in the calendar pop-up.

Import Orders

Use this action to import your BigCommerce orders into Sellercloud manually.

Description

Website URL

The web address where your BigCommerce store is located. Enter .mybigcommerce.com.

OAuth Store Hash

A unique identifier for your store when using OAuth authentication. See BigCommerce Account Integration to learn how to find the value to enter into this setting.

OAuth Client ID

An identification code for your application when connecting to BigCommerce. Enter the Client ID from the text file mentioned in the BigCommerce Account Integration article.

OAuth Access Token

A token granting access to your store's data via OAuth. Enter the Access Token from the text file mentioned in the BigCommerce Account Integration article.

OAuth Secret Token

A secret key used for secure authentication with BigCommerce. Enter the Client Secret from the text file mentioned in the BigCommerce Account Integration article.

Allow asynchronous operations

Determines whether order imports and active listing downloads are handled asynchronously. When enabled, these operations run faster, but require more CPU resources.

Write To Log In Detail

Records additional information when logging BigCommerce-related details. May slow down performance.

Enable Tax

Enables the Tax Class field on the BigCommerce Product Properties page, which allows you to enter the ID of the tax class of the product.

Enable List Price

Enable sending the List Price (MSRP) with a strike-through.

Enable Brand Creation

When listing a product on BigCommerce, you must set a brand. If a brand is not in BigCommerce, this setting will create it there when you post.

Enable Condition Update For Products

Allows you to select and send a product condition (New, Used, Refurbished) to the website when posting a product.

Product: Enable Condition Display

Control whether product condition is displayed.

Enable Matrix Option Image

Checks if an N-Matrix image is available. If not, or the option is not enabled, a child product’s main description image will be used.

Product Custom Url Pattern

Define a pattern for Custom Product URLs.

Product Import - Update Product Property By BigCommerce SKU/Product ID

Enable to create/update product properties by using BigCommerce SKU or Product ID during a product import.

Product: Disable Custom Url When Custom Url Is Empty

Disables the Custom Product URL for a product when the Custom Product Url custom column in Sellercloud is empty.

Enable Product Sort Order Update

Sends N-Matrix variations as they are ordered on the matrix page.

Enable Custom Column Update For Products

Allows you to enter custom fields in Sellercloud and have them appear on your BigCommerce website. Custom columns will be sent to the Other Details section when posting a product.

Product Custom Column Name For Product Availability

Define the Custom Product Column that updates your products’ availability on BigCommerce. With this column, you can allow purchases, take pre-orders, or disable purchasing altogether.

Limit Replenishable Qty To One Location

When enabled, the replenishable inventory quantity is updated only at the first location. If disabled, the replenishable inventory quantity is updated across all locations.

Sends the Site Cost instead of the Average Cost as the product cost price on BigCommerce.

Threshold For Product Export

Set a threshold for the number of products that can be exported to BigCommerce at a time. Note that setting this too high may cause your site to slow down.

Send DHL As USPS Parcel Select

Enable to send BigCommerce the USPS Parcel Select method for shipping when the carrier is DHL.

BC Custom Column When Product Is Kit Parent

Enter the name of a BigCommerce field used to indicate whether an item is a Kit Item. Sellercloud will send a Yes to that field for all kit parent items and No for non-kit parent items.

Product Export: Send Blank Custom Column Values

Enable to send any blank custom column values when exporting products to BigCommerce. If this setting is disabled and you send a blank value, you will delete the custom field from BigCommerce.

Product Remote Custom Field For Warranty

Set the name of the remote column used by BigCommerce to hold warranty information for each product.

Product Export: Send Product Dimension Instead Of Shipping

Send the standard product dimensions to BigCommerce instead of the shipping product dimensions during the product export.

Enable the export Sellercloud’s product Location notes to the BigCommerce product property BinPickingNumber.

Do Not Send Product Minimum Qty

Enable to update BigCommerce’s product field order_quantity_minimum using a Custom Product Column BC_ORDERQUANTITYMINIMUM.

Enable to allow the import of Incomplete Orders where the shopper reached the payment page but did not complete the transaction.

Mark Orders Paid For Empty Payment Status

Enable to mark Unpaid Orders BigCommerce as fully charged upon import to Sellercloud.

Allow Manual Verification Orders

Allow the import of orders that require Manual Verification, which are orders placed on hold in BigCommerce while some aspect is manually confirmed.
