Wish Account Integration

Overview

Wish.com is a global e-commerce platform known for offering a wide range of low-cost products directly from manufacturers, primarily in China, to consumers worldwide. The platform operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with sellers, focusing on affordable items such as clothing, electronics, gadgets, home goods, and novelty items. In this article, you will learn how to integrate your Wish into Sellercloud and configure all related settings. If you do not have an account yet, be sure to register on the Wish Merchant Portal.


Integrate with Wish

To integrate your Wish account with Sellercloud:

  1. Obtain your API Key and Secret from the Wish Merchant Portal:

    1. Click the Options icon on the top left corner > Select Settings from the bottom left corner.

    2. Then click API > Private App > Register a Private App > Enter Sellercloud as the App Name and https://connect.sellercloud.com/Wish/OAuthRedirect as the Redirect URL.

    3. Copy the Client ID and Secret and enter them into Sellercloud.

  2. In the API Key field, enter the key > Go to Actions > Verify API Key.

  3. Open Sellercloud > Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Select a company.

  4. In Toolbox, select Wish > General Settings > Edit.

  5. Check the Wish Enabled checkbox.

  6. Check Enable Open authentication.

  7. Add https://connect.sellercloud.com/Wish/OAuthRedirect in the Redirect URL field.

  8. Copy and paste the Client ID and Client Secret from Wish.

  9. Save.

  10. Go to Actions > Fetch Token.

  11. Check Enable Order Download, Enable Tracking Export and Enable Inventory Upload when you are ready to go live with the channel.

You can configure the following settings on the Wish General Settings page:

Fill in client ID information.

Fill in client secret information.

Auto Token

Automatically given token.

Refresh Token

Refresh the token.

Token Received On

You will see details here when the token was received.

Commission Rate

The fee from Wish for selling items.

Default Shipping Price

The amount for shipping by default.

Fixed Qty

Enter product quantity.

Safety Qty

Quantity to withhold from being sent to channel. This is useful to prevent overselling.

Enable Order Download

Enable this setting for the orders to be automatically downloaded from Wish to your Sellercloud account.

Enable Tracking Export

Enable this setting to export tracking numbers from Sellercloud to Wish.

Enable Inventory Upload

Enable this setting to let Wish upload inventory information from Sellercloud.

Enable Active Listings Download

Enable this setting to let Wish download active listings.

Enable Orders Pre-Ship Confirmation

Enable this setting to let Wish receive pre-ship confirmation for orders.

Enable Auto-Update Local Product Tags From Active Listings

Enable this setting for auto-update from active listings.
