Tanga Listings Management

Overview

In this article, you will learn how to manage your Tanga listings within Sellercloud. In order to list a product on your chosen retail channel, it must be enabled on that channel.

Prepare a Product for Tanga

In order to prepare a product for posting you must follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Open a product.
  2. From the Toolbox, select Channels > Tanga.
  3. Press Edit and in the General panel, check the Tanga Enabled box and save.
Tanga categories may not be available by default. Contact Sellercloud Support and request the categories to be added. Then you can apply categories to your Tanga products from the Category field.

List on Tanga

In this option, you can list products individually or in bulk.

Individually:

  1. Access Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select your product.
  2. Click Toolbox > Select your channel.
  3. Select Actions > Post Product on Tanga.

Post on Tanga

In bulk:

In this function, you can select one or multiple products to launch on your chosen retail channel.

  1. Access Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select your products.
  2. Click action menu > Launch on Channel.
  3. Select your channel > Launch.

Post Variations on Tanga

Sellercloud supports posting variations to Tanga. Set up the variation in Sellercloud and post the Matrix Parent.

  1. Create variation.
  2. Click Toolbox > Select your channel.
  3. Select Actions > Post Product on Tanga.
Tanga accepts up to four dimensions per product matrix. Such as ParentProductID, ProductID, Size, Color, Thickness, Brand.

Update Tanga Listings

You can update the Tanga listings automatically or manually.

Automatically

Inventory is automatically updated to Tanga.com in a regular inventory feed. Automation is controlled by Tanga setting Enable Inventory Upload. To enable it:

  1. Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > select a company > Toolbox > Tanga > General Settings > Edit > Check Enable Inventory Upload > Save.

Manually

The manual Tanga inventory update can be done individually or in bulk.

Individually

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > select a product.
  2. In Toolbox, select Tanga.
  3. On the Tanga page, click Actions > Update Inventory on Tanga.

In Bulk

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > select products.
  2. Click the action menu > Update Inventory on Channel.
  3. From the Channel dropdown list, select Tanga> select products > Update.

 

Update Bulk

  • Tanga accepts up to four dimensions per product matrix.
    • Example: ParentProductID, ProductID, Size, Color, Thickness, Brand
  • Variations can be set as N-Matrix in Sellercloud
    For N-matrixes already posted on a channel, you can add and remove variants to the existing N-matrix in SellerCloud, but most channels will not allow you to update the N-Matrix that is already posted. In order to update it, you need to end the listing and post the newly updated N-Matrix.
  • Each variation will require the correctly set:
    • Merchant SKU
    • Title
    • Condition
    • Category
    • Price related settings
