New Features and Enhancements
🟪 We have added support for the Walmart Marketplace Customer Favorites program. If you have the Enable Assortment Recommendations Report company setting enabled, you will now be able to search for customer favorites on the Manage Catalog page, and they will be indicated with a gold star. This feature is currently available only for Walmart Marketplace US. (1629370)
🟪 The Amazon refund wizard now shows a read-only Regulatory Fee column after Unit Price, and an item's refund is limited to its price minus the regulatory fee. If the fee cannot be determined, a warning above the item grid names the affected items. Additionally, an Amazon settlement can now remove the regulatory fee from an item price that still includes it. If this is needed for your account, you can open a ticket with Descartes Customer Support to configure this feature. (1560222)
🟪 The Country of Origin product field is now always visible for all clients, and no longer dependent on the Enable Country of Origin on Product Home Page client setting. (1578293)
🟪 Improved the warning messages shown when receiving a Warehouse Transfer through the REST API fails validation, such as duplicate item IDs, missing items, or invalid or unavailable serial numbers, so issues are easier to identify and resolve. (1610850)
🟪 PO Word To PDF profiles have been added to the list of options for PO PDF Default Plugin on the Company Defaults tab, Custom PO Export Format on the Vendor Details page, and on the Vendor Defaults company settings page. They are also available in Purchase Order Export scheduled tasks. (1634564)
Bug Fixes
🟩 For website orders that can only be refunded locally, an amount entered in Other Refund on the website refund page is now saved as a local refund even when no SKU is selected. (1593431)
🟩 eBay Listing IDs no longer disappear when a live listing is briefly missing from eBay's Active Listings Report. (1601112)
🟩 The Include From Archive box in Delta now correctly loads archived entries in the product Change Log. (1615290)
🟩 Dropship orders linked to a PO now count the dropship fee once in order cost and profit when both PO cost settings are enabled, so profit is no longer understated. Orders already saved with the fee counted twice keep the incorrect cost until their PO is saved again. (1622193)
🟩 Vendor Invoices now accept Receiving Sessions only from POs associated with the same vendor as the invoice. Blocked attempts show a message explaining that the PO belongs to a different vendor. (1627056)
🟩 With the UseAsyncMethodForFBAOrderReports App Setting enabled, an Amazon FBA shipment report that fails or times out no longer stops the remaining reports, and FBA orders are now created for every eligible company in each run. (1629404)
🟩 Amazon Buy Shipping rates in Shipbridge now honor the disabled OnTrac preference and hidden services. (1642644)
🟩 Orders created through the API without a shipping weight now keep their calculated weight, ensuring that the Rule Engine shipping weight conditions apply to them. (1643995)
🟩 We now check and resend Amazon product price changes that may have been missed by the automatic price update. (1644241)
🟩 The Service list in the Shipping Details panel on an order's Shipping tab now starts with a blank Select option, so any service you choose for a carrier saves to the order, including the first one listed. Orders saved earlier with that first service show Service as Select; choose the service again and save to correct them. (1647794)
