Before you can start Dropshipping from Sellercloud, you must ensure that all settings are configured correctly for your account. Setting up your warehouses, products, vendor communication, and preferences is essential for your initial dropship configuration and allows you to customize your dropship workflow.

Sellercloud provides a template that can be used to import tracking information provided that the vendor is willing to comply. The tracking information will import on the customer order, not the auto-generated PO enabled by the dropshipped request. It will be uploaded to the channel with the next automatic feed.

When an order comes in for a product that is out of stock, you can either dropship the product from the vendor or link the order to a purchase order (cross-dock). When linking the order to the PO, the vendor sends the item back to you to ship out.

When you create Vendors in Sellercloud, you have the option to create a unified pool of vendors and share them across all your companies by configuring them as Client-Wide. This approach enables you to share that group of vendors across all your companies and make them available for selection when dealing with products and purchase orders from any of your existing companies.

In Sellercloud, dropship orders usually reserve the ordered items and automatically deduct them from the aggregate quantity by default. However, there are specific situations where inventory may not be reserved. This article provides an in-depth understanding of inventory levels when dropshipping.

In this article, you will learn how vendor SKU’s and vendor prices work and how to assign them to your products. Each product can have multiple vendors stored at the same time but only one Default vendor. In Sellercloud, you can set a product’s Default vendor and default vendor SKU for individual or multiple products.

The Vendor Properties page gives you easy access to a list of products for which the vendor is the Default supplier and allows you to configure specific preferences, such as fees, payment terms, lead time to ship, and more. Additionally, you can review the history of all emails sent to the vendor, manage Vendor Invoices, apply discounts or promotions, and track all purchase orders and received shipments.

A vendor invoice is a document that lists the amounts owed to the supplier by the buyer. You can use the vendor invoices workflow to track invoices and payments on the vendor level.

In this article, you will learn how to add vendor profiles in Sellercloud. These profiles can then be used to create purchase orders, dropship orders, and apply vendor promotions or discounts to products.

Duplicate versions of the same vendor may lead to confusion and cause errors, often resulting in selecting the wrong vendor information on a Purchase Order or Dropship request. Merging duplicate vendors ensures that your records are consolidated and up-to-date.

The Manage Vendor Invoices page provides quick and easy access to your invoices, allowing you to perform bulk actions and create new ones.
