Getting Started Company Management

You can group companies together into a Company Group. Similar to Product Groups and Order Groups, Company Groups become a filter in the Advanced Search feature of the Manage Inventory and Manage Order pages as well as a filter in Sellercloud’s reports.

If you run multiple companies or online brands, you can manage all of your business operations from a single Sellercloud account. This lets you avoid logging into different companies across the channels you sell on. Using Sellercloud, you can create multiple companies and manage the settings for each one individually.

A Saved View in Sellercloud allows you to store and preserve specific search criteria for future use. Instead of repeatedly inputting the same search parameters, you can save them, making it easier to access the desired information in the future.

Sellercloud offers the functionality to sell on marketplaces outside the United States, allowing you to expand your business globally.

Whenever you initiate a lengthy background process in Sellercloud via a profile, or via a scheduled task, you generate a Job, which is added to your server’s queue and is awaiting execution. A few examples of activities that will trigger Queued jobs are: Inventory Imports, Product Exports, Order Imports and Product Imports.

With Sellercloud, you can configure custom shipping rules for orders from your customers on the company level. This means that you can configure them differently for each one of your Companies, and they will only apply to the company where you set them up.
