Co-op Fees for Dropship Channels


Overview

Co-op fees for Dropship Channels are fees paid to the Dropshipper in exchange for their services. These fees typically depend on the size of the order and may include a percentage of the order value, a flat fee, or other. 

The Dropship fees are included in the Order Cost and affect your profits. You will see them broken down on the  Order’s P&L tab.


Manage Co-op Fees

You can access and configure the fee amounts and percentages in Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Toolbox > Channel General Settings.

You can set up the following Dropship Co-op fees:

  • Order Handling Fee – Expenses for order handling, including warehouse storage costs, shipment costs, packing costs, and more. Check Order Handling fee is per item if the fee is applied per item rather than to the entire order. When enabled, the total handling fee is calculated based on the sum of fees for all items.
  • Order Commission – The commission percentage you owe to the channel for selling the order.
  • Damage Allowance Fee – The percentage you owe to the channel for handling damaged products.
  • Return Allowance Fee – The percentage you owe to the channel for processing returns.
  • Advertising Fee – The percentage you owe for advertising on the channel.
  • Early Pay Discount – The discount percentage the buyer receives when paying early.
