Channel IDs

Overview

In Sellercloud, each channel is assigned a unique ID, primarily used in API calls related to importing and exporting order information, as well as in various other processes, such as Scheduled tasks.

In the below table, you can find the channel IDs that Sellercloud uses. 

All plugin integration channels typically fall under channel Website (ID 6).

Identify Order Channel ID

If you filter orders by their channel name, you can identify the Channel ID in the URL:

  1. Navigate to Orders > Manage Orders.
  2. Select a Channel from the respective dropdown and click Search.
  3. To find the Channel ID, refer to the Channel= number within the URL.
