Order Subtypes

Overview

Order Subtypes allow you to filter out and easily identify specific orders based on their shipping speed, channel specific order types, and internal order types. For example, you may want to use these as filters when creating a Saved Search to identify which orders are prime, have priority shipping, and more. You can refer to the definitions below for a detailed description of each Order Subtype.


Filtering By Order Subtype in Manage Orders:

Alpha

In the Alpha Interface you can search by Order Subtype by navigating to Orders. Selecting Advanced Search and looking for the dropdown of Order Subtype

You can see the Order Subtype on an order on the left hand side on the Order Status Bar


Delta

In the Delta Interface you can search by Order Subtype by going to Orders> Manage Orders. Selecting Add Filter, and searching for Order Sub Type.

Once you select the filter you will see a dropdown to select which Subtype you want to filter by.

You can see the Subtype on an order level in two places.

First it is shown at the top of the Order Details page next to the order number:

 

Additionally it is shown in the General box on the Order Details:

 


ORDER SUBTYPE SUBTYPE DESCRIPTION
Amazon Business This is an order type on Amazon. Sellercloud applies this when the Amazon Order Report indicates it is a Business order.
Amazon Business Prime This is an order type on Amazon. Sellercloud applies this when the Amazon Order Report indicates it is a Business Prime order. These orders cannot be manually marked shipped in Sellercloud because Amazon requires shipping to be purchased internally from them.
Amazon Global Express These are orders that Amazon Indicates can be shipped globally rather than just within the marketplace region which it was placed. See more here.
Charity This is an internal order type that can be selected when creating an order within Sellercloud.
Ebay Now/Ebay Guaranteed Delivery This subtype specifies if the order is considered as “eBay Guaranteed Delivery” which is a filter applied by eBay and specified in the eBay Order Report.
GS This is an internal order type that can be applied when manually creating an order in Sellercloud.
InStore Pickup This subtype indicates if it is an Amazon BOPIS order. See more about these orders here.
Prime This means an order is Seller Fulfilled Prime, used when the Amazon Order Report indicates this is an Amazon Prime order.  See more here.
Same Day Delivery This subtype is for order that Amazon has marked with a Shipping Method of Same Day. This is indicated in the Amazon Order Report.
Sample This is an internal type; orders can be marked as a sample when manually creating them in Sellercloud.
SBN These are orders marked as Shipped By Newegg in the Order Report from the channel. See more here.
Second Day This subtype is applied to orders that Amazon has marked with a Shipping Method of Second Day. This is indicated in the Amazon Order Report.
Wish Express This subtype is for orders marked as Wish Express in the Order Report from the channel. See more here.
